Tuition Policy
- Class tuition is paid in ten (10) four (4) week installments from September to June.
- Payments are due on the week prior to the first week of the four-week interval. Anyone making payment on the second week of classes will be assessed a $5.00 late fee.
- Students will not be allowed to participate in class beyond the first week of each four-week interval unless payment has been received for that four weeks.
Registration Policy
- There is a nonrefundable registration fee for all students joining our program. This fee covers mandatory medical (excess coverage), and liability insurance from September to September.
- Once you have registered, class fees are nonrefundable. If you are concerned about your child liking the class, please bring your child to observe a class prior to registering.
- A MEDICAL INFORMATION AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED UPON REGISTRATION. THIS FORM ALSO INCLUDES REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT INFORMATION. PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING.
Attendance
- Classes are paid for whether your child attends or not. The school’s fiscal year is based on a predetermined income and expenditure budget. Thus, it is impossible to adjust tuition for classes missed due to illness, vacations, or inclement weather. Makeup classes are provided. (See Makeup Policy page)
- Missed classes cannot be used as a means of deducting tuition from future eight-week intervals.
Classes
- Throughout the year, regular and small group classes that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements will be reorganized.
Returned Checks
- There will be a $10.00 charge for all checks returned to us. This payment will be due with a new check or cash prior to your child’s next class.
